Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced practitioner to lead change management delivery within our Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will support workforce design across transformation workstreams and conduct stakeholder assessments to enable adoption of new AI-enabled processes.

You will develop communications and adoption plans, track adoption signals, and coordinate with learning teams to align training with change initiatives. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation in a consulting or in-industry context.
• Experience with change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and change readiness assessment.
• Experience developing change communications and adoption materials for functional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce design and change management delivery across the pod's functional transformation workstreams.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness surveys.
• Develop communications, change materials, and adoption plans tailored to functional audiences.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead.
• Coordinate with the Learning & Development Partner to align change activities with training delivery.
