Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced practitioner to support workforce design and change management delivery across transformation workstreams. You will conduct stakeholder assessments and readiness surveys, develop communications and adoption plans, and coordinate with L&D to align change activities with training delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in change management within consulting or industry, with experience in change impact analyses, stakeholder mapping, and adoption material

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation in a consulting or in‑industry context
• Experience with change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and change readiness assessment
• Experience developing change communications and adoption materials for functional audiences
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent)
• Strong written communication skills for developing clear, audience-appropriate change materials

Responsibilities

• Support workforce design and change management delivery across the pod's functional transformation workstreams
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness surveys
• Develop communications, change materials, and adoption plans tailored to functional audiences
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead
• Coordinate with the Learning & Development Partner to align change activities with training delivery
