Job summary

Astound is seeking a Business Solutions Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical and sales enablement training that accelerates sales productivity and supports revenue growth.

You will design onboarding and ongoing curricula, leverage AI tools, and coach sellers to translate complex product capabilities into customer value, partnering with product, marketing, and sales leadership to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, technical training, sales training, facilitation, curriculum development, or a related field.
• Experience training sales professionals and engineers
• Strong facilitation skills with virtual and in-person sessions
• Knowledge of curriculum design and instructional development
• Deep understanding of Business Solutions products, service capabilities, customer applications, value propositions, and use cases
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, practical training for sellers
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, seller tools, and field sales challenges
• Ability to support standardized sales methodologies and reinforce common sales language and qualification practices
• Strong communication, executive presence, and proactive leadership
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with employees and customers

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain outcome-oriented technical and sales training curriculum.
• Leverage AI tools to create, refresh, and personalize training content.
• Equip sales teams with AI skills to improve prospecting and pipeline management.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions with coaching and feedback.
• Tailor curriculum based on learner needs, market conditions, and performance trends.
• Assess training outcomes using KPIs and business metrics to identify gaps and improvements.
• Translate product information into seller-ready training and clear customer value.
• Support standardized sales methodologies and common discovery and qualification practices.
• Partner with sales leadership, product, marketing, and subject matter experts to align training with business goals.
• Provide coaching and reinforcement to ensure concepts are applied in the field and drive revenue improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and seller readiness.
