Job summary

7AI is building the onboarding program for its sales team and seeks a Sales Enablement Specialist to own onboarding for Account Executives and Sales Engineers.

You’ll turn leadership and product insights into structured curriculum, learning paths, and certifications, and build ramp metrics and reports in Salesforce. This is a build role with fast iteration and close collaboration with product and sales leaders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or sales/revenue operations.
• Built a program, process, or curriculum from a blank page.
• Able to convert expertise into teachable content.
• Can build and explain reporting behind key metrics.
• Fluent with AI tooling in a build context.
• Willing to ship a v1 and iterate.
• Curious about security; ready to learn product and buyer in 90 days.
• Thrives at a company still writing its own playbook.

Responsibilities

• Build and run onboarding program for new AEs and SEs.
• Turn leadership and product insights into curriculum, learning paths, and certifications.
• Instrument ramp metrics in Salesforce and build onboarding reports.
• Use Gong and Salesforce to surface coaching gaps and patterns.
• Maintain enablement content library and keep it current.
• Support launch readiness and ongoing enablement for the existing team.
• Partner with SE leadership so AE and SE onboarding stays coordinated.
