Astound Broadband is seeking a Business Solutions Training Lead to develop and deliver technical and sales enablement programs that accelerate performance and revenue growth. The role combines curriculum design, facilitation, and AI-enhanced content to equip the sales team with the skills and confidence to Engage customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation skills for virtual and in-person training.
• Curriculum design and instructional development expertise.
• Deep understanding of Business Solutions products and value propositions.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into seller-ready training.
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes, tools, and funnel management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain outcome-oriented technical and sales training curriculum including onboarding and product education.
• Leverage AI tools to create, refresh, and personalize training content.
• Coach and reinforce training concepts in field with measurable impact on performance.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions, including role plays and feedback.
• Analyze KPIs and learner feedback to identify skill gaps and drive improvements.
• Partner with sales leadership, product, marketing, and SMEs to align training with business goals.
