Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Commercial Excellence, Marketing and Product Management to identify capability gaps, develop engaging assets, and measure impact with analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant expertise in business, healthcare, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver strategic commercial learning initiatives aligned with business objectives and sales priorities.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Product Management, and field stakeholders to identify capability gaps and design learning solutions.
• Design and implement role-based learning journeys, onboarding programs, and AI-enabled personalized learning experiences.
