Qualifications

• Adult learning principles and curriculum design expertise.
• Sales training, coaching and enablement with value-based selling focus.
• 5+ years in commercial or field sales training and enablement.
• 5+ years in healthcare diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategic commercial learning initiatives aligning with business objectives and growth.
• Identify capability gaps with stakeholders and design learning solutions to improve sales effectiveness.
• Create role-based learning journeys, onboarding programmes, and AI-enabled personalized learning experiences.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and learning tech partners to produce engaging assets (ILT, virtual, eLearning, microlearning, assessments).
• Lead onboarding programs with speed and productivity for new sales professionals.
• Develop training strategies supporting product launches, value propositions, and GTM initiatives.
• Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and development recommendations after training.
