ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, StratOps to join the Office of the COO/CPO in Santa Clara. The role will run the operating rhythm, turn data into fast decisions, and own initiatives requiring a clear driver across functions.

This high-visibility position works with the CPO/COO and leaders across Communications, Corporate Strategy, Finance, and HR to accelerate ServiceNow's AI-native future and expand impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in strategy and operations.
• Experience integrating AI into business processes.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
• Proven cross-functional program management end-to-end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence senior leaders without authority.
• Knowledge of SaaS and enterprise software business models.
