Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
• 10+ years in technical program management or 3+ years leading strategic programs at top tech/consulting firms.
• Domain expertise in enterprise software/SaaS.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to present to executives.
• Process-driven with repeatable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Coordinate executive SteerCos; define and set agenda with cross-functional stakeholders. Deliver key content and track action items to completion.
• Establish and report key product and business metrics to drive executive decisions
• Analyze trends and data to provide leadership insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team on key business cadences including Quarterly Product Reviews (QPRs), bi-annual Product Roadmap Reviews (PRRs) and annual Summer Strategy.
• Use AI to enhance program efficiency, decision-making, communication, and risk management.
