ServiceNow is seeking a senior strategist for Platform Strategic Operations in AMS. This role blends product strategy, operations, and stakeholder management with cross-functional teams to align executives and drive AI-enabled growth.

You will review business initiatives, track key metrics, and support Quarterly Product Reviews and Annual Planning. Strong consulting/strategy background and SaaS/AI interest are highly valued.

Qualifications

• At least 8–10 years at a top management consulting firm, PE, IB or strategy & operations at a tech company.
• Experience in enterprise software/SaaS, ideally AI space.
• Strong quantitative skills to inform product strategy and operational excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable in senior-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own cross‑functional projects, build trust and influence senior staff.
• Contribute to product strategy and operational planning with executives.
• Review initiatives, track revenue, customers, costs, and trends.
