ServiceNow seeks a Gen AI Product Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to shape AI-enabled product strategy within the Platform Strategic Operations team. You will translate customer needs into actionable initiatives, align product groups with executives, and drive growth through AI initiatives.

The role combines strategy, operations, and stakeholder management, requiring 8–10 years at top firms or tech firms, and a track record of cross-functional leadership in enterprise SaaS.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience at a top management consulting firm, PE, investment bank, or strategy & operations at a technology company (or similar).
• Expertise and/or strong interest in the enterprise software / SaaS industry, ideally in the AI space.
• Experience using quantitative skills to optimize Product Strategy and inform operational excellence.
• Effective communication skills in business and technical discussions with senior staff.
• Track record of owning cross-functional projects and influencing senior staff.
• Collaborative and self-motivated, able to multi-task in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Review business initiatives and track metrics like revenue, customers, costs, and trends.
• Support Quarterly Product Reviews and Annual Planning to align product groups and executives.
• Conduct market assessments and partner with senior staff on strategy and buy/build/partner choices.
• Oversee AI initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiency across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and other stakeholders.
