ServiceNow is seeking aSenior Program Manager to drive cross‑functional strategic initiatives within the Office of Business Strategy and the Cloud Engineering & Support organization. You will partner with executives globally to design, govern, and scale high‑impact programs that deliver strategic outcomes.

You will organize complex problems, implement scalable processes, lead governance meetings, and ensure clear communication of objectives, status, risks, and results across workstreams.

Qualifications

• 12 years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's; or PhD with 5 years; or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading cross‑functional programs involving many teams and executives.
• Excellent communication and slide‑deck creation skills for executive audiences.
