Job summary

ServiceNow's Data and Analytics team is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics Strategic Operations to drive cross-functional programs at scale, partnering with Product, Engineering, Experience, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.

You will define go-to-market readiness plans, establish key metrics, and leverage AI to enhance decision making and efficiency. This role is an individual contributor with strategic authority.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
• Process-driven with propensity to create and employ repeatable processes to complete tasks more efficiently.
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Enterprise software/SaaS industry domain expertise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Teams.
• Coordinate Data and Analytics Executive SteerCos; define and set agenda with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish and report key product and business metrics to drive executive decisions.
• Analyze trends and data to provide leadership insights.
• Define and execute Data and Analytics go-to-market readiness plans for new and existing products.
• Identify and resolve critical path go-to-market issues across cross-functional teams.
