Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics Strategic Operations to drive high-impact cross-functional programs at scale. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to set strategy, govern execution, and accelerate initiatives using AI-powered insights.

You will lead executive cadences, report on metrics, and shape data-driven decisions while aligning with the company’s AI-native culture and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging AI to improve work processes and decision-making.
• 10+ years technical program management or 3+ years leading strategic programs at tier-one Tech/Consulting firms.
• Enterprise software/SaaS domain expertise a plus.
• Proven collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Legal and GTM teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex concepts to executives.
• Process-driven with repeatable processes to improve efficiency.
• PMP or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, Experience, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Coordinate executive steers and define agendas with stakeholders.
• Deliver key product and business metrics to drive executive decisions.
• Analyze trends and data to provide leadership insights.
• Collaborate on quarterly reviews, roadmaps, and annual strategy.
