Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a proactive Space Data and Insights Engagement Manager to govern floor plans, manage CAFM/IWMS vendor relations, and ensure data integrity across workspace datasets. This role acts as a bridge between workplace operations, process improvement, and emerging technology, including automation and AI.

You will lead governance, validation, and data maintenance for space, desks, rooms, and neighborhoods, aligning with BOMA/OSCRe standards while driving data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience managing CAFM/IWMS database systems (OfficeSpace preferred, or FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Manhattan Centerstone, Archibus, Serraview, etc.).
• Proficient in reading floor plans, construction documents, and CAD standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as JLL’s quality-control layer over client floor-plan publications and perform pre-publication checks.
• Review, approve, and validate floor-plan publications post-launch.
• Manage drawing validation, intake, and version control with vendors.
• Issue clear revision instructions to third party publishers.
• Own and improve CAFM/floor-plan playbook with clear ownership and escalation paths.
• Maintain accurate floor, desk, room, and neighborhood data; reflect portfolio changes.
• Apply space-categorization principles (BOMA, OSCRE) to floor plans.
• Establish and perform routine space and data audits to fix discrepancies.
• Collaborate with OP, Facilities, PM, Design & Construction; report outcomes and risks.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships with IWMS providers and design teams.
• Explore automation, API integrations, and AI tools to improve database efficiency.
