Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is actively seeking a Space Data and Insights Engagement Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area. This strategic role bridges workplace operations, vendor management, and data strategy, leading floor-plan governance with a focus on data integrity and innovation.

You will manage CAFM/IWMS data, coordinate with clients and vendors, and drive automation and AI-driven improvements to space data processes while collaborating with Facilities, PM, and Design &

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years managing CAFM/IWMS databases (OfficeSpace preferred; FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Manhattan Centerstone, Archibus, Serraview, etc.).
• Strong literacy in reading floor plans, CAD standards, and space measurement (BOMA/OSCRe).
• Interest in emerging AI, automation, and APIs for space data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee floor-plan governance and publish QA for client publications.
• Coordinate vendor updates, validation, and version control with drawings publishers.
• Own CAFM/floor-plan playbook and establish clear ownership, approvals, and escalation paths.
• Maintain accurate space data and reflect portfolio changes in space and org data.
• Apply space-categorization standards to align with client requirements and standards.
• Schedule and perform space/data audits to resolve integrity issues.
• Bridge stakeholders across Facilities, PM, Design & Construction and client teams.
• Explore automation, API integrations, and AI tools to improve data efficiency and turnaround times.
