Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Senior Space Data and CAD Manager to lead CAD systems, drawing governance, and space data operations across regional or global portfolios. You will ensure floor plans, occupancy data, and related information are accurate and standardized for clients and internal teams.

You will drive data quality, integrate CAD with IWMS/CAFM, and mentor staff while partnering with GIS, analytics, and workplace teams to enable better decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related technical field required.
• 7+ years in CAD administration and spatial data management in large corporate environments.
• Deep expertise with AutoCAD and enterprise drawing standards.
• Experience with Archibus, TRIRIGA, FM:Systems, Serraview or similar tools.
• Proven track record in data governance and portfolio data quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise CAD, BIM, and space data standards and lifecycle controls.
• Lead integration of CAD drawings with IWMS, CAFM and enterprise workplace platforms.
• Own space data governance across portfolio records and data validation processes.
• Conduct audits of floor plans, occupancy data, and spatial hierarchies per standards (BOMA/IFMA/IPMS).
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Drive large-scale data remediation, migration, and standardization initiatives across systems.
• Partner with technology, GIS and workplace teams to improve data capture and visualization.
• Develop advanced reporting and dashboards to evaluate portfolio performance.
