Job summary
Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Space Data and CAD Manager to lead CAD governance, space data management, and reporting across regional or global portfolios. You will oversee CAD/BIM standards, data quality, and integration with IWMS and CAFM systems to enable better decision-making for clients and internal teams.
You will drive data remediation, dashboards, and reporting while mentoring staff and coordinating with vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or in a related technical field.
- 7+ years in CAD administration, spatial data management, or related roles.
- Deep expertise in AutoCAD and enterprise drawing standards.
- Experience with enterprise platforms (Archibus, TRIRIGA, FM:Systems, Serraview, Eptura, OSIS).
- Leadership in space data quality, governance and validation across large portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of BOMA, IFMA, IPMS standards.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern CAD, BIM, and space data management standards.
- Integrate CAD drawings and spatial records with IWMS/CAFM platforms.
- Own space data governance across portfolio records and data quality controls.
- Audit floor plans, room records, occupancy data, and spatial hierarchies.
- Translate data into insights for senior clients and stakeholders.
- Lead data improvement, remediation, and migration across systems.
- Develop advanced reporting and dashboards for portfolio performance.
