Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Space Data and CAD Manager to lead CAD systems, space data governance, and IWMS/CAFM integrations across regional or global portfolios. You will ensure floor plans, space records, and occupancy data are accurate, standardized, and actionable for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Facilities Management, GIS, Data Management, Information Systems, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and govern enterprise CAD, BIM, and space data management standards.
• Lead integration of CAD drawings with IWMS/CAFM and enterprise workplace platforms for accurate reporting.
• Own space data governance across portfolio records, with validation, classification, and audit controls.
• Oversee audits of floor plans, room records, occupancy data, and spatial hierarchies per standards like BOMA/IFMA/IPMS.
• Translate space and drawing data into insights for senior clients and stakeholders.
• Drive large-scale data improvement initiatives including remediation and migration across workplace systems.
• Partner with technology, GIS, analytics, and workplace teams to improve data capture, structuring, and visualization.
• Develop advanced reporting and dashboards to evaluate portfolio performance and planning opportunities.
• Mentor junior staff and set best practices for CAD administration and data stewardship.
• Manage relationships with external architects/engineers to ensure timely, accurate master data.
