Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Space Data and CAD Manager to lead CAD systems, space data governance, and workplace data operations across portfolios. You will ensure floor plans, occupancy data, and related information are accurate and actionable for clients and internal teams.

You will drive enterprise standards, integrate CAD with IWMS/CAFM platforms, and mentor a team while collaborating with technology, GIS, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Facilities Management, GIS or related field.
• 7+ years in CAD administration, spatial data management or related work within a large corporate environment.
• Deep expertise in AutoCAD and enterprise drawing standards.
• Experience with Archibus, TRIRIGA, FM:Systems, Serraview, Eptura or similar tools.
• Proven space data quality, governance and validation leadership across large portfolios.
• Strong understanding of spatial measurement standards (BOMA, IFMA, IPMS).
• Proven record of software migrations, standards development, or data remediation.
• Strong leadership and communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and govern enterprise CAD, BIM, and space data standards.
• Lead integration of CAD drawings with IWMS, CAFM and related platforms.
• Own space data governance across portfolio records and classifications.
• Oversee audits of floor plans, occupancy data, and spatial hierarchies.
• Translate complex space data into actionable insights for senior clients and stakeholders.
• Lead large-scale data improvement initiatives across workplace systems.
• Partner with technology, GIS and analytics teams to improve data capture and visualization.
• Develop advanced reporting and dashboards for portfolio performance.
• Mentor junior team members and set best practices for data stewardship.
• Manage external vendors to ensure timely, accurate drawings and master data.
• Evaluate BIM workflows and digital twin opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement of end-to-end space data processes.
