Zendesk is seeking an AI-driven Manager, SMB Sales to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives in a fast-moving SMB market. You will coach, train, and enable your team to hit monthly and quarterly quotas while advancing AI-powered selling motions across new business and expansions.

You’ll collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Marketing to design differentiated customer solutions, build strategic roadmaps, and accelerate revenue.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration with CS, Product, Marketing.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

• Manage weekly forecast and pipeline reviews for clarity and strategy.
• Build dashboards to monitor sales efficiency and customer behavior trends.
• Report on performance and regional trends to leadership.
• Automate workflows and evolve demo strategies to improve processes.
