Zendesk is seeking a Manager, SMB Sales to lead a high-velocity team of Account Executives in a hybrid, globally distributed environment. You will drive performance, coach talent, and leverage AI and data to accelerate growth across new business and expansions.

The role emphasizes developing talent, achieving ambitious quotas, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered customer outcomes at scale. Travel as needed to support growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SaaS sales teams to achieve or exceed quotas.
• Strong forecast and pipeline management skills.
• Ability to leverage AI, data insights, and automation to improve outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives to hit monthly and quarterly quotas across new business and expansion.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor talent while fostering AI learning.
• Guide multi-stakeholder sales cycles using AI insights and customer data.
• Build strategic customer roadmaps for AI-driven transformation with measurable outcomes.
• Coach teams to present compelling ROI cases for procurement and partnerships.
• Identify expansion, upsell, and renewal opportunities using signals and AI predictions.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Marketing to design differentiated solutions.
• Maintain dashboards and provide weekly forecast and pipeline reviews.
