Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in solution design, architecture, or technical consulting in SaaS.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale collaboration, workflow, or integration solutions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack/Slack AI capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve ambiguity.
• Excellent communication to translate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Hands-on with integration patterns and API-based architectures, preferably with Salesforce.
• Collaborative mindset with Delivery Managers and Architects.
• Curiosity and willingness to share design knowledge.
• Familiarity with Salesforce products and Slack integrations (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own solution design across Discover, Define, and Design stages of the Salesforce Delivery Methodology.
• Evaluate Slack/Slack AI capabilities and mix with out-of-the-box features for each case.
• Partner with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, and stakeholders to align design with scope and timeline.
• Produce and maintain design artifacts for development and QA teams.
• Lead design workshops and drive a validated solution with cross-functional teams.
• Surface design risks early and resolve them with stakeholders.
• Improve design practices with reusable patterns and AI tooling.
• Identify integration points with Salesforce products and design cross-cloud solutions.
• Support post-launch adoption and long-term platform maturity.
