Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of solution design, architecture, or technical consulting experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions involving collaboration, workflow, or integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack/Slack AI capabilities.
• Strong communication skills to translate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Hands-on proficiency with integration patterns and API-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design across Discover, Define, and Design stages, translating requirements into buildable designs.
• Evaluate Slack/Slack AI capabilities versus custom configuration, aiming for the simplest viable path.
• Partner with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, and stakeholders to align design with scope and timeline.
• Produce and maintain design artifacts—architecture diagrams, specs, configuration workbooks—for build and QA teams.
• Lead design workshops and drive validated solutions through trade-off discussions.
• Proactively surface design risks and resolve them before delivery impact.
• Improve design patterns and leverage AI-native tooling for consistency across engagements.
• Identify integration points with Salesforce products and design cross-cloud solutions with Slack at the center of workflows.
• Support post-launch adoption with change management and platform maturity planning.
