Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Experience Architect on the Solution Design team to lead enterprise-scale solution design across Discover, Define, and Design stages. You will balance customer needs with Slack AI capabilities, guiding stakeholders and delivery teams toward a simple, effective architecture within the Salesforce Delivery Methodology.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of solution design, architecture, or technical consulting experience in SaaS or professional services.
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale solutions involving collaboration, workflow, or integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack/Slack AI product capabilities is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to resolve ambiguity and competing requirements.
• Excellent communication skills translating design decisions to customers and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design across Discover, Define, and Design stages of the Salesforce Delivery Methodology.
• Evaluate Slack/Slack AI capabilities vs. custom configuration for viable, simple paths.
• Partner with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, and stakeholders to align design with scope and timeline.
• Produce and maintain design artifacts such as architecture diagrams and functional specs for dev/QA teams.
• Lead design workshops with customer tech and business stakeholders; drive validated solutions.
