Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Experience Architect on the Solution Design team to join our global project delivery organization. You will design, validate, and document enterprise solutions across use cases, teams, and geographies, balancing customer needs with platform capabilities and delivery feasibility.

You will own the solution design, collaborate with delivery managers and architects, and drive design workshops to produce scalable, AI-enabled configurations leveraging Slack and Salesforce

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in solution design or architectural roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale integrations and workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design across the Discover, Define, and Design stages of the Salesforce Delivery Methodology.
• Evaluate Slack and Slack AI capabilities versus custom configuration.
• Partner with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, and customer stakeholders to align solution design with scope and timelines.
• Produce architecture diagrams, functional specs, and configuration workbooks for dev and QA teams.
• Lead design workshops with customer technical and business stakeholders.
• Proactively surface design risks and drive mitigation before delivery impact.
• Incorporate AI-native tooling to increase design efficiency and consistency.
• Identify integration points with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce) and design cross-cloud solutions.
• Support post-launch adoption ensuring change management and platform maturity.
