Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of solution design, architecture, or technical consulting experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale solutions involving collaboration, workflow, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack/Slack AI product capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills for translating design decisions to stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Hands-on familiarity with integration patterns and API-based architecture.
• Collaborative mindset to work with delivery managers, architects, and customers.
• Natural curiosity and a habit of sharing knowledge and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design across Discover, Define, and Design stages, translating requirements into buildable designs.
• Evaluate Slack/Slack AI capabilities vs. custom configuration for simplest viable path.
• Partner with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, and stakeholders to align design with scope and timeline.
• Produce and maintain design artifacts like architecture diagrams and functional specs.
• Lead design workshops and drive to a validated solution.
• Surface design risks early and resolve them with cross-functional teams.
• Improve design practices and reuse patterns, incorporating AI-native tooling.
• Identify integration points with Salesforce products and design cross-cloud solutions.
• Support post-launch adoption with change management considerations.
