EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI transformation initiatives and shape our AI governance frameworks. You will drive end-to-end AI strategies, collaborate with clients on AI-enabled transformations, and guide teams across design, configuration, testing, and deployment of innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically 2-5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• 2-5 years experience with Moveworks platform selling and/or implementing.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow AI project and solution delivery.
• Ability to manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources including offshore resources.
• Ability to build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.
