Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Transformation Manager to lead transformation teams and shape EY’s AI strategy. You will partner with clients to deploy AI-native solutions, govern AI initiatives, and collaborate with EY’s AI&D team to deliver end-to-end strategies across user experience and workflows.

You will manage engagements, guide workstreams, and travel as needed, while mentoring a diverse team and driving industry-leading practices in ServiceNow AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• 2–5 years experience with Moveworks platform selling and/or implementing.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI project delivery from design to deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore members.
• Build strong client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
• Coordinate pre-sales activities including proposals and estimates.
