Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives for clients across the US. You will define and deliver AI strategies, oversee design and deployment of NOW Assist, Moveworks, and related solutions, and mentor cross‑functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role involves close client collaboration, thought leadership in AI governance, and driving business impact through innovative ServiceNow capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (NOW Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• 5+ years of Big4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in AI-driven customer engagements.
• Drive AI strategy, design, and development of cutting‑edge solutions and assets.
• Guide and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams (5–10+ resources) including offshore resources.
• Engage with clients, lead workshops, and oversee workstreams from planning through closure.
• Travel may be required to meet external client needs.
