Job summary

Monogoto is seeking an AI-native SDR to own the inbound funnel, from first touch through qualification and handoff to Account Executives. You will leverage AI-powered tools, automation, and content generation to engage prospects faster and more effectively than traditional teams.

You will also manage leads from conferences, webinars, and partner events, and keep HubSpot and related data accurate and up-to-date to drive faster pipeline velocity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an SDR/BDR or equivalent pipeline role.
• Proven ability to use AI tools in day-to-day tasks.
• Strong written English and ability to tailor messages.
• Comfort with HubSpot or similar CRM and data hygiene.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads promptly and effectively to accelerate speed-to-lead.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to enrich and engage prospects.
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings with Account Executives.
• Generate pipeline from conferences, webinars, and events.
• Maintain clean data in the CRM and report on key metrics.
