Career Movement, a Los Angeles–based recruiting firm since 1999, is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive new client acquisition. You will use Claude to research accounts, build prospect lists, and craft high-quality outreach, while automating repetitive tasks and focusing on meaningful conversations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI tools is required, Claude strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI for research, writing, list-building, or automation.
• 0-2 years of professional experience; sales, recruiting, or business development is a plus.
• Comfortable making cold calls and sending outbound messages at volume.
• Strong written communication; outbound outreach daily.

Responsibilities

• Use Claude daily for account research and list-building.
• Build and reuse prompt workflows to speed prospecting.
• Draft personalized outbound emails and InMails with AI help.
• Identify active hiring companies via LinkedIn/project lists.
• Source hiring managers and reach out the same day.
• Execute InMail campaigns to target decision makers.
• Maintain re-engagement lists of past clients & leads.
• Log activity in HubSpot daily and book intro meetings.
