Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Sales Development Lead to guide our growing SDR team and shape outbound strategy across global markets. You will drive high-velocity, AI-enabled outreach, collaborating closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to fuel rapid growth.

The role requires a player-coach mindset, strong coaching skills, and a track record of building and developing teams in fast-paced tech environments. Remote-first with prefered SF-based candidates, operating across ET/CT time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales or business development with at least 1–2 years in a management role.
• Proven excellence and deal-closing capability.
• Recent outbound prospecting experience to technical/enterprise personas.
• Deep AI fluency and builder experience.
• Experience leading high-performing SDR/BDR teams in fast-growing tech.
• Strong coaching and communication skills; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of SDRs with plans for continued headcount growth.
• Foster go-to-market experimentation across customer segments and global markets.
• Inspire a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Use data and tooling to optimize strategy and exceed impact metrics.
• Establish scalable processes for outbound prospecting, qualification, and AE handoff.
• Build onboarding, enablement, and coaching frameworks for long-term success.
• Partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to align on pipeline targets.
