You will collaborate with Marketing, Partners, Sales, Enablement and RevOps to align strategy with execution, coach a growing SDR team, and shape the future of outbound at OpenSesame.

You will balance automation with authentic engagement, use AI tools to improve research and messaging, and report on performance against pipeline and revenue goals.

Responsabilidades

• Scale a predictable outbound engine to maximize pipeline growth.
• Develop future sales talent and implement a development framework for SDR→AE progression.
• Balance automation with authentic outreach using AI tools while preserving human touch.
• Partner with Marketing, Partners, Sales, Enablement and RevOps to turn insights into action.
• Establish dashboards and reporting to track inbound/outbound conversion and ROI.
