Job summary

Code Gaia is building an AI-assisted outbound engine for B2B SaaS, with a focus on scalable research, lead scoring and reporting using Claude and HubSpot. You will be among the first outbound hires and shape our approach in close collaboration with the Head of GTM.

You will personally reach out to key accounts via calls, LinkedIn, video and events, qualify meetings, and hand them over to our Account Executives with full context. A data-driven mindset and strong outbound writing are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B SaaS outbound with your own pipeline results.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and CRM tools, ideally HubSpot.
• Strong outbound copywriting and a data-driven way of working.
• Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Build an AI-assisted outbound engine, automating research, lead scoring and reporting with Claude and HubSpot
• Personally engage key accounts through calls, LinkedIn, video and events
• Qualify meetings and hand them over to our Account Executives with full context
• Test new plays every week and document what works
