Cox Automotive is seeking an experienced Sales Strategy & Enablement Director to lead the AI vision and roadmap for the Sales and SBO organizations. This role serves as the AI Ambassador, coordinating governance, pilots, and tool convergence across the enterprise.

You will develop evaluation criteria, partner with multiple teams, and shape the seller experience while driving investments and change management across Cox Automotive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of strategy, transformation or senior operations experience.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on AI solution design or advisory experience with demonstrated evaluation ability.
• Ability to translate multi-year visions into actionable roadmaps with measurable milestones.
• Experience with enterprise AI governance, policy, and related security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the AI vision and roadmap for Sales and SBO initiatives within Cox Automotive.
• Serve as AI Ambassador, coordinating with enterprise AI governance and pilots.
• Advise on AI solution design, ensuring integration with Salesforce, CPQ and sales tools.
• Develop readiness criteria and sequencing for new AI tools entering pilots or build.
• Communicate transformation narratives to sales leadership and field organizations.
• Capture seller feedback to guide roadmap decisions and tool convergence.
