Threekit is hiring a RevOps Manager to own GTM systems, data, and automation across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related tools. You will build AI-enabled workflows and ensure data quality to accelerate sales, marketing, CS, and finance.

You should be a thinker and doer who values fast, practical solutions over rigid playbooks, with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes. This is a hybrid role near Chicago.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or GTM systems.
• Hands-on admin experience in Salesforce and/or HubSpot; built objects, fields, automation, and reports.

Responsabilités

• Solve GTM problems end to end and ship fixes within days.
• Own Salesforce and HubSpot administration and integration.
• Put AI to work across GTM with AI-assisted workflows and automations.
• Make data trustworthy by ensuring pipeline, closed-won, and attribution data accuracy.
• Build dashboards used by leadership and reps.
• Stay system agnostic and optimize the wider GTM stack.
• Support deal desk with quoting, e-signature, and closing deals.
• Own the tech spend; manage vendors and ROI, cut underperforming tools.
• Prototype quickly, measure outcomes, and scale or kill.
• Enable the team by showing faster, AI-enabled ways of working.
