Invoca is seeking a strategic Senior Director of Revenue Strategy, Planning & Analytics to align planning, performance, and deal execution across Sales, CS, and Marketing. You will lead forecasting, quota governance, and AI-powered analytics to optimize GTM execution and board-ready reporting.

Qualifications

12-15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or BizOps within high-growth B2B SaaS.
Proven success leading strategic planning, comp/quota modeling, forecasting, and deal desk functions at scale.
Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance and Legal.
Hands-on AI fluency to build AI-powered workflows and analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end GTM planning across Sales and CS, including quota design and headcount alignment.
Own forecast methodology and governance for pipeline, targets, and performance trends.
Deliver executive-ready insights for QBRs, board decks, and weekly reviews.
Oversee Deal Desk, pricing governance, and policy alignment for speed and margin.
Drive AI-powered analytics and workflow automation across RevOps.
