Job summary

Invoca, a remote-first AI-powered revenue intelligence platform, is seeking a Senior Director of Product to own Revenue Intelligence & Analytics. You’ll steer 4 scrum teams and 4 PMs across Integrations, Insights & Analytics, Interaction Tracking, and Data Standardization, reporting to the EVP of Product and contributing to company strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS product management.
• 4+ years managing other product managers/leaders.
• Experience turning unstructured data into structured, AI-driven insights.
• Experience owning a customer-facing analytics or BI product.
• Comfortable partnering with data engineering on modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and roadmap across Integrations, Insights & Analytics, Interaction Tracking, and Data Standardization as one connected portfolio.
• Define how unstructured data (calls, SMS, transcripts) turns into AI-generated insights customers can act on.
• Partner with Data Engineering on a Databricks-based data platform to support insights products.
• Own the customer value narrative to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Represent the portfolio on the R&D Senior Leadership Team and contribute to company-level strategy.
