Job summary

Degreed is seeking a Senior Revenue Intelligence Analyst to own a unified GTM data strategy across pre-sales, post-sales, and leadership. This individual contributor role sits within the global revenue operations team, reporting to the head of RevOps, with regular visibility to senior leaders and cross-functional impact.

You will build dashboards and forecasts, validate data, and tie performance to ARR, churn signals, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and BI dashboards used for leadership decisions.
• Ability to trace pipeline from marketing to revenue and explain metrics.
• Strong communication skills with senior leaders.
• Experience owning conversations with sales, marketing, and finance leaders.
• Knowledge of ARR, ACV, FX adjustments, and CPQ logic.
• Data quality checks and collaboration with engineering for clean warehouse data.
• Skill in choosing where to place reports (Claude, Salesforce, Hex).
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition, GRR/NRR, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM data strategy across pre-sales and post-sales motions.
• Build dashboards, forecasts, and analyses tracking pipeline to revenue.
• Own executive and board-level reporting for quarterly reviews.
• Develop function-specific reporting for marketing, sales, and services.
• Improve ability to surface early risk signals in ARR and churn.
• Prioritize reporting requests from stakeholders inside or outside RevOps.
• Create new data views and datasets with engineering support.
• Turn analysis into plain-language leadership recommendations.
• Validate commercial data affecting sales and finance reporting.
