Job summary

Built Technologies is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our AI-native RevOps team in the United States. You will own analytical initiatives across the revenue lifecycle, translate CRM and business data into actionable insights, and drive efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

You will partner with stakeholders to improve forecasting, automate workflows, and surface insights that guide revenue strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance Operations or related analytical role.
• Experience across pipeline, billing, renewal and revenue reporting is a plus.
• Comfort with AI-native tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Keep the revenue engine running by managing the weekly pipeline review process in Salesforce.
• Coordinate handoffs across Marketing, Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Review closed-won deals for approvals, terms, products, and revenue assumptions; resolve gaps.
• Ensure revenue data integrity across invoices, contracts, and amendments with Finance and accounts.
• Review dashboards and reports; test assumptions using AI; suggest reporting improvements.
• Maintain forecast inputs; compare projected bookings with actual results; improve forecasts.
• Document recurring processes; clarify handoff ownership; reduce delays in deals and reporting.
• Provide historical analysis and scenario support for territory, quota, and revenue planning.
• Use automation and approved AI tools to reduce manual work and improve repeatability.
