Job summary

Degreed is seeking a data-focused leader to own the GTM data strategy and provide executive reporting. You will build comprehensive forecasts, monitor ARR metrics, retention, and churn signals, and use AI tools for QA and automation. This role supports Degreed's growth and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines strong SQL, BI dashboarding, and financial fluency with experience in modern analytics tools to drive revenue outcomes and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and BI dashboarding skills using Hex, Salesforce and Claude.
• Financial fluency with revenue recognition, GRR/NRR, forecasting and CPQ logic.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for QA, documentation and automation.
