Degreed is hiring a Senior Revenue Intelligence Analyst to own a unified GTM data strategy across pre- and post-sales, delivering dashboards and forecasts tied to revenue metrics. You will partner with senior leaders to drive insights that influence forecasting, renewal values, and churn signals, while ensuring data quality from warehouse to reporting.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Strong SQL and BI dashboarding experience with data modeling.
• Experience tracing pipeline from marketing to revenue and explaining insights.
• Ability to present analysis to senior leaders and handle questions.
• Proven cross-functional stakeholder management and ownership.
• Knowledge of ARR, ACV, FX adjustments, renewal details.

Responsabilidades

• Own the GTM data strategy across pre-sales and post-sales motions.
• Build business dashboards, forecasts, and analyses tied to revenue metrics.
• Own executive and board-level reporting for quarterly reviews.
• Create forecasts and reporting for marketing, sales and services.
• Improve early risk signals in new ARR, retention and churn.
• Prioritize reporting requests and collaborate with engineering on data.
• Translate analyses into plain-language leadership recommendations.
• Validate data affecting sales/finance reporting and forecasting.
• Build AI-ready documentation and data architecture for the team.
