Siteimprove is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to own data models, dashboards, and automation for Sales and Customer Success. You will translate complex data into trusted insights on territory, compensation, and performance to guide leaders and frontline teams.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted reporting, governance, and durable solutions across Salesforce, Power BI, and data sources. A strong analytical background and collaboration with GTM leaders are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of Revenue Operations or related analytical roles.
• Experience with territory design, quotas, or compensation analytics for B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on use of AI assistants and agent-based tooling in analytics workflows.
• Experience improving analytics, reporting, and automation with practical, iterative approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Own territory strategy, administration, and ownership mapping across GTM functions.
• Develop compensation and attainment analytics; validate inputs and document logic.
• Build dashboards for pipeline, forecast, and territory coverage with executive views.
• Create AI-enabled workflows and copilots for GTM productivity and decision quality.
• Maintain semantic models, DAX measures, and data pipelines feeding RevOps analytics.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, IT, and Data teams to ensure governance and accuracy.
• Translate leadership questions into durable, documented metrics and actionable insights.
• Ensure outputs are grounded in trusted data with proper permissions and review.
