Hover, headquartered in San Francisco, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own interview scheduling and candidate experience in a high-volume environment. You will work with the Head of Talent and Recruiting Operations Manager, learning sourcing techniques and full-cycle processes while supporting multiple searches across engineering, GTM, and G&A.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruiting with an applicant tracking system (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented approach with high empathy for the candidate experience.
• Sound judgment handling confidential information.
• Availability and responsiveness to troubleshoot last-minute scheduling changes.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling of candidate interviews, debriefs, and kickoff meetings across all open searches.
• Partner with recruiters and EAs to engage hiring managers and executives with minimal friction.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Greenhouse.
