Hover, based in San Francisco, is seeking a Recruiting Coordination professional to own interview scheduling and candidate experience at high volume. You will partner with recruiters and executives across engineering, GTM, and G&A, learning from mentors and shaping the candidate journey.

This role blends scheduling rigor with hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Greenhouse, and encourages building AI-driven approaches to recruiting workflows.

Qualifications

• Recruiting coordination experience with demonstrable ATS expertise (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• Excellent time management and highly organized in a dynamic environment
• Customer‑oriented approach with empathy for candidate experience
• Sound judgment handling confidential information
• Availability and responsiveness for scheduling changes

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling candidate interviews, debriefs, and kickoffs across all open searches
• Partner with recruiters and EAs to get hiring managers and executives into interview loops with minimal friction
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Greenhouse
• Develop and execute AI-assisted sourcing strategies to improve candidate flow
