Job summary

Distyl AI is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own the candidate experience end to end, managing high-volume scheduling across multiple concurrent searches and leveraging AI tools to streamline processes.

You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep pipelines moving, maintain clean candidate data in Ashby, coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, and support offer logistics with People Ops in a fast-moving, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview coordination across multiple reqs.
• Be the primary candidate contact with a warm, informative tone.
• Navigate complex scheduling across candidates, interviewers, and leadership.
• Flag bottlenecks and schedule conflicts before delays.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline hygiene in Ashby.
• Identify and implement AI-assisted scheduling and reporting improvements.
• Support recruiting processes with the broader team.
• Coordinate onsite and virtual interview logistics, including prep and debriefs.
• Support offer logistics and handoff to People Ops.
