This hybrid role requires three days per week in the office in San Francisco or New York City, collaborating with hiring partners, recruiters, and candidates to drive a top-tier interview process from start to finish.

You will schedule and coordinate interviews, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and support recruiting operations with process improvements leveraging AI tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of scheduling high-volume interviews (100+ weekly) and tech industry exposure preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS tools like Greenhouse or ModernLoop.
• Highly organized, process-driven with SLAs.
• Curious and proactive mindset; use AI tools to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews across time zones.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and leaders to ensure smooth interview processes.
• Create a welcoming, high-touch candidate experience for virtual and in-person interviews.
• Support Recruiting Operations on initiatives to improve coordination workflows and interviewer experience.
