Job summary

Beast Industries in New York seeks a Talent Coordinator – AI Enablement to rebuild and accelerate recruiting through AI, automation, and data. You’ll engineer AI-powered workflows, build real-time dashboards, and drive a faster, smarter talent function.

Reporting to the VP, Talent and Technology, you’ll own the coordination and operational backbone of recruiting while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with no-code/low-code tools to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, HR ops, or a high-volume operational role.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, automation platforms, or equivalent.
• Experience building dashboards or working with recruiting data such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, interviewer capacity, candidate NPS, or similar metrics.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Recruiting Operations: engineer how recruiting runs.
• Recruiting Metrics & Dashboards: own data layer and real-time dashboards.
• Candidate Experience — Powered by AI: design high-touch experience at scale.
• Automation & Workflow Architecture: map full recruiting process and reduce friction.
• Recruiting Execution: keep searches moving and unblock processes.
