Job summary

Patronus AI is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in our San Francisco headquarters to accelerate our hiring engine. You’ll own interview coordination across loops, manage the candidate experience, and ensure a smooth process as the company scales.

You will track interviews and feedback, resolve scheduling issues quickly, maintain ATS data, and help improve recruiting workflows with AI. This role requires in-office attendance five days a week in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, executive coordination, or another fast-paced operational role.
• Exceptional organization with ability to manage many simultaneous workstreams and communicate clearly with candidates and executives.
• Excited about AI and constantly looking for ways technology can improve recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own interview coordination end to end, scheduling complex loops across candidates, interviewers, executives, time zones, and formats.
• Own the candidate experience as a responsive, thoughtful point of contact throughout the interview process.
• Track interviews, feedback, next steps, and actions to ensure nothing stalls or drops.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and other logistical issues and resolve them quickly.
• Maintain recruiting data in ATS and systems to ensure accurate funnel visibility.
• Identify repetitive work and bottlenecks, and redesign or automate them.
• Use AI to automate recruiting workflows and increase leverage.
• Support recruiting programs, interviewer training, and onboarding handoffs as we scale.
• Take ownership of increasingly ambiguous recruiting and People problems.
